Small Group Personal Training has steadily grown in popularity over the last few years, and for good reason; it offers the results and benefits of Personal Training – but it’s more affordable as the cost is shared!
With groups up to a maximum of four per session, you still get a tailored personable experience, but you can all push each other to succeed together. There’s nothing quite like a bit of friendly competition to motivate you in sessions that’s for sure.
Most of our groups are usually friends that find it more appealing to train together and as a result of sharing costs, tend to do a few more sessions in a week vs our singular training clients (but that’s totally up to you).
There is no ‘one’ best way to train, and no two clients are the same, we treat all of our clients with the attention they deserve, and your training plan will reflect just that regardless of whether you train alone or in a group.
